Cash Amount Donated
$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
Please Note: Donation amount can be suggested
to guests. It is illegal to require donations from guests to
play game of chance.
How to figure your donation
option:
This page is very in-depth.
If you like, we
can figure your donation options for you.
The
following explains some of the various donation methods and options. The
Option that you choose will be printed on complimentary signs-one for your
donation table and our cashier cage.
When
choosing your donation option, first have an idea of the amount of funds you
want to raise versus the number of expected contributors and value of prizes.
To
figure the suggested cash donation amounts (to raise your funds) is very simple
and can still be changed depending on the circumstances.
TIP from UNCLE FUN:
"An idea for Team Building fundraisers..."
If your company is planning an internal
fundraiser for a charity, consider a promotion as applicable to pay
periods.
Offer employees a chance to pledge a
specific amount per pay period to the charity.
For example: Say an employee pledges $2 per
pay period. Multiply $2 by the number of pay periods in the
promotion and then multiply that item by $25, $50 or $100 in fun
money.
TIP:
Also use the hand scrolling box to the right as a worksheet when filling in your
amounts.
First,
plainly figure the minimum amount of
funds needed to raise
including services and prize costs:
(From
this amount you can make changes depending on anticipated additional amounts
that attendees may contribute throughout the duration of the event. We’ll
figure that later.)
As mentioned
earlier, we provide you with two signs for your donation table and our cashier
cage. These signs list the suggested donation amounts for the contributors
(guests).
You
may print your worksheet when you are finished. If you refresh your
browser, your worksheet will be cleared.
Lets build your
sign:
Enter
the suggested minimum donation amount ($50 from example
above) below in the shaded area
under “Cash Amount Donated”.
Cash Amount Donated$
Amount of “Funny Money” received
Example:
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received $50
Next we need to figure the Amount of “funny money” contributors
will receive. (The amount will not affect the funds that you raise except
for increase them!)
Multiply
the Cash Amount Donated by 10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 or
100.
(The lower
the number, the more funds that you will raise because contributors will donate
more monies for additional “funny money” more frequently. The higher
the number the less additional funds you will raise because contributors will be
given enough “funny money” initially and will not return as often for more
“funny money”.) This will be the amount of fun money that players
receive. Example: 50. The beauty of
this formula is this: as opposed to 1-10, multiplying by 10-100 is designed to
only give guests higher denomination chips. For example: if you multiply a
$20 cash donation by 5 then the guest would receive $100 in fun money-big woop!
But with a $20 cash donation receiving $1000... NOW We're Talkin'!
We
recommend multiplying the Cash Amount Donated by no more than 50 to allow players a
chance to come back to donate again.PLEASE NOTE: YOU SHOULD
NOT MULTIPLY BY LESS ON EACH
LINE THAN YOUR PREVIOUS LINE (because guests will receive less of a
percentage of funny money per amounts donated).
Example: 50 X 50 = $2500.
Enter your
Cash Amount Donated and the Amount
of Funny Money Received below.
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
Example:
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received $50
$2500
If
you want just one set Cash Amount Donated AND one $ Amount of Funny
Money received with no varying amounts, SKIP BELOW TO OPTION#1a.
Now to add the other amounts:
Under
Cash Amount Donated you will increase the
amounts by denomination. Go up to the highest amount that you will suggest to be donated.
If you are coordinating an upscale event, you may go as high as you feel is acceptable.
Enter
amounts below.
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
Example:
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
$50
$2500
$100
$200
$300
$400
$500
$1000
Enter
all amounts above. You can make your changes now. Different Cash donated Amounts can be entered. Also varying amounts of $
Amount of “Funny Money” Received can be entered.
Examples: Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
$20
$1,000
$50$2,500
$100$5,000
$200$10,000
$300$15,000
$500$2,500
$1000$50,000
...or even...
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
$20
$1,000
$50$2,500
$100$7,500 *50% Bonuses added*
$200$15,000
$300$22,500
$500$37,500
$1000$75,000
Now
you have the sign done.
If you are unsure about your previous amounts, you can still make
changes. Look over the following options.
Donation Option#1 is
from the previous examples. If you skipped part of the worksheet then
Option#1a is for you! Option#1a is with one standard suggested donation amount
with a set amount of funny money received, no varying amounts.
Donation Options
#2-10 are our own custom options designed to best suit all different situations,
Option 10a allows you to customize your own amounts. Choose the option that
suits your needs.
Option #1
Figure your amounts now or look over the following different options.
Remember that the Cash Amount donated can really be any amount
and can be multiplied by 10-100 to come up with the $ Amount of “Funny Money” Received.
Cash Amount Donated$ Amount of “Funny Money” received
All of the above amounts or just about any
amounts that you decide CAN be accommodated
since we stock all denominations in cheques and fun money and will bring the
appropriate amounts.
PLEASE NOTE: Be
sure to consider TABLE LIMITS. By default, our signs are $25 Min./ $1,000
Max. Bet; however these CAN be changed. We recommend a minimum table limit
no lower than $25 and could also be $100. For a maximum we recommend
considering "no limit" to get them betting bigger (there is
always someone that will bet $25,000 or more without hesitation and others
follow).
