Instructions:
Dates with No Hyperlink are entirely available
unless "sold out" is indicated.
Dates that are displayed in RED
are only tentative. Please contact us if you are
interested in one of these dates, it may be available. We
tentatively hold dates for clients without a contract. If
another client is interested in that date we will contact the original
client first as a courtesy to inquire as to their plans or if
they wish to book the date at that time or not. If the
original client does not want the said date then it will be
available.
Dates with at least some bookings are indicated with
a Hyperlink. Red dates indicate that some
deals are working but that there is still partial availability.
Contact us right away on red dates.
Click on the hyperlink to see what is booked for that
particular date.

The presence of a hyperlink does not necessarily indicate
that the date is sold out, just that something is not available.
If a Date is blacked-out with a specific product or service,
only that service is sold out for that date.
TIP: Contact us in the 1st or 2nd Qtr. for best Fourth
Quarter availability. For Example... some
companies are contacting now for dates such as Dec. 1, Dec. 8 and Dec. 15... if you want
Saturdays in December, you must call before September. We answer our
phones all year, please call anytime!
