Merchandising services also available
(setting up tables, prize placement, ship
receiving, etc.)
|
>Initial
funds distribution for guests is (typically) $5,000 in Fun
Money.
>Event-end
redemption occurs when players cash-out their winnings
to win prizes.
Our Free Prize
Methods consist of the TOOLS (prize aides) that
provide the means to physically facilitate your prizes.
("Tools" are the actual prize
opportunities that players receive)
The prize method that you choose will determine how the chips are redeemed at
the end of the night. It is CRUCIAL to have an evening-end chip redemption
to increase player incentive and give them the desire to stay in it until the end. With prizes up
for grabs, they will have
something to play for and will bet to win (for which we encourage). This
adds to the
excitement and ensures all chips are returned. Also adds a finale.
|
The most
convenient feature of our prize methods is that guests can redeem with an
Amerifun dealer or teller anytime. This allows for
players not to
have to wait in a long line at a single location when redeeming at evening's end.
In addition to
the thrill of winning, a Prize Methods ensures that
All Chips are Returned at the end of the Event (this also saves you incidental
lost chip expenses).

PLEASE
NOTE: If you do not select a prize method, we will provide the 'Giveaway'
method by default.
'Prize Tools' included free with every
order. The "tools" are the actual prize
opportunities that
players receive to enter prize drawings.
We include enough
tools for all guests present and manage your prizes at no additional cost.

Another handy no cost feature
is our 'Door Prize' Tickets:
We provide a relevant total of Admit One
tickets for your
guests to use as their casino admission ticket (and to
pick up their initial funds)... these tickets have a
number... if you like, we can keep half of the tickets in
a bowl... after everyone has entered you can use the
tickets for random secondary prize drawings, or door
prizes, for the duration. |
Live Facilitation Note:
Live Facilitation is an optional service that we can provide at your discretion.
Live facilitation consists of the actual verbal announcements of prize
winners and although it can become quite involved, we have found that most clients prefer to carry out this
procedure themselves. If you have a large group or if you wish us to
perform the live facilitation we offer this service for a nominal fee (fee
schedule listed below right).
|
Onsite PA sound is required for
optional live
facilitation. Please let us know if you do not have plans for sound
or if your venue does does offer AV capabilities.
We are currently offering this Harbinger powered 12"
speaker rental
with stand and cordless microphone for only $100 - 5 hours.
Second speaker add $75.
Single speaker easily accommodates large halls
with 100 people or less.
These units offer a 3-channel mixer and an input for you own device. Works great as a PA system, music player or slideshow
amplification component.
|
TIP: If
you have already hired a DJ/Emcee this is the ideal person to
facilitate prizes; we typically are approached by the DJ about this
and we will work in cooperation
with them for you as well as provide them with extra fun money to give
away in their own "contests". The DJ is the ideal candidate to facilitate the
prizes verbally because he has already been interacting with
guests all evening and crowd interaction is their specialty.

TERRIFIC
TICKETS RAFFLE: |
Even if we do not do the
facilitation, we still provide all the tools (the cost of these tickets can
really add up!). |
SUMMARY:
>Guests redeem their winnings and/ or leftover funny
money at the end of the night.
>Guests receive a pre-designated number
of tickets per a pre-determined dollar amount.
>Guests deposit their tickets in the ticket receptacles (raffle drum
or baskets)
>Tickets are later drawn and numbers verbally announced for the
prizes (live facilitation).
A great example of why Amerifun
is the company to select - the extras!
We provide these things for
your raffle:
-
Mutual Double Tickets (single tickets also on-hand).
-
Single or Multiple Ticket Receptacles (shown
below).
-
Signs displaying Amounts.
-
Free Basic Facilitation for groups under
100 people at your request (PA capabilities required).
Note: At the start of the event,
players do not need to know the amount of tickets that they will receive.. only
that they will receive tickets.
Experience has taught us that you cannot
set the amounts as you do not know how much players will win. If you set a pre-determined amount
of tickets received per dollar amount, then you will find that players will end
up with too many or too few tickets at evening's end.
We do it like this: We watch
how players are doing and set the amount during the last hour.. usually 1
tickets per $1,000 / 1 ticket per $2-$3,000 / 1 ticket per $5,000.
If you start guests with more than
$5,000 the above amounts may be higher.
|
Raffle Drum (pictured above) is best for large groups with many
tickets.
Select the Raffle Drum if you want to draw for prizes one at a time
(such as lowest value prize to highest). With this option you can
also offer guests the option to pass on a prize and try their luck at
another draw). |
Ticket Receptacles Included.
Here is some information that we may need from you and some
questions to ask yourself:
1.) Do you prefer players to JUST WIN ONE PRIZE EACH... OR...
WINNER TAKES ALL (whoever's ticket is drawn wins regardless)?
2.) Can player forego a win for another chance at
another win for a different prize (player passes on a prize and returns
their ticket to the receptacle)?
3.) MUST PLAYERS BE PRESENT TO
WIN?
4.) Do you prefer on SINGLE TICKET
RECEPTACLE (hopper)... OR...
MULTIPLE RECEPTACLES (baskets)?
5.) What is your NUMBER OF PRIZES?
6.) Is there a MAXIMUM NUMBER OF
TICKETS that you want the top winners to end up at the end of the evening?
If you like, we can figure this for you. Sometimes it is a good idea to
have a ceiling placed on the max number of tickets if you have some really big
winners. For example: Let's say that you have 5-10 prizes and have
decided on 1 ticket per $1,000. Most of your guests have won $25,000 yet a
few guests won over $100,000. This would give the majority of your guests
a comfortable 25 tickets but 100 tickets or more for some players. A
ceiling ensures equal dispersement fairness as well as speedy facilitation.
7.) Is there a LOWEST NUMBER OF
TICKETS that you want all players to at least win? (example: 5) If you
like, we can figure this for you too. Let's say you offer 1 ticket per
$5,000 and most guests win ample tickets but a few had less that $5,000 and
receive only one ticket.
We can help create the perfect
balance in your raffle.
For facilitation
alternatives, please see Auctioneer, Host
or Master of Ceremonies.
|
Baskets (pictured above) are best for groups holding less
tickets (as not to overload the baskets).
The Baskets are employed when you wants to offer guests the option of
registering for a specific prize. Tickets are drawn out of
a basket corresponding to a certain prize. We will provide an
equal number of baskets to your prizes (for instance, if you
have 50 prizes, we will provide 50 baskets). |
