on Amerifun to provide a variety of Bar Service options:
Champagne Toasts, Host Bars, Cash Bars or Combination Bars.
Frozen Drinks and Margarita Machines.
Lighted self-serve Beer Tubs.
Complimentary Plastic Cups with optional Full Glassware Selection.
Full bar service available for all your get-togethers. You can select 'Host
Bar', 'Cash Bar' or 'Combination Bar' service. Bartenders are fully licensed by the state of Kansas and are subject to the
regulations of the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
Champagne Toast:
Crystal: $2.99 per person (Champagne served in Tulip Champagne
Glasses).
Plastic: $1.99 per person (Champagne serves in Plastic Champagne
Glasses).
There will be a Corking Fee of $5.00 per bottle when you provide you own wine
or champagne and request us to pour and serve for your toast.
Host Bar Service:
The following prices occur for events when you provide alcoholic beverages at
no cost to your guests. Prices are based on a 4-hour event or less.
Add $1 per person for each additional hour. Host Bar prices do not include
18% gratuity or applicable sales and liquor taxes.
Bartender's Wage is $20 per hour (1 per 200 guests).
Beer and Wine Bar $4.99 per person.
Well Bar $6.99 per person (Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks).
Call Bar $9.99 per person (Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks - Call Brands).
Premium Bar $12.99 per person (Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks - Premium
Brands).
Cash Bar Service:
Your guests purchase their own alcoholic beverages by the drink.
Carries a $300 minimum sales requirement (this requirement is waived if
Corporate Caterers is also catering your food). These prices include all
taxes.
Bartender's Wage is $20 per hour (1 per 200 guests).
Beer and Wine $3.00 per drink.
Mixed Drinks $4.00 per drink.
Premium Mixed Drinks $5.00 per drink.
Combination Bar Service:
You provide a portion of the alcoholic beverages and your guests purchase
others by the drink. Does not carry a minimum sales requirement.
Bartender's Wage is $20 per hour (1 per 200 guests). An additional
30 minutes before and 30 minutes after is added to the bartender's time for
set-up and tear-down.
Mix up to 3.7 gallons of two different flavors at the same time!
With 12 inches of cup clearance under the spout.
It typically takes 45-60 minutes for a batch to completely freeze. Once frozen, you can add more unfrozen mixture at any time and it will take approximately 30 minutes to refreeze.
This machine will produce approximately 80 8 oz servings or 5 gallons (traditional margarita
mix). Other flavors will yield 50 8 oz servings or 3 gallons per
hour.
1/2 Gallon base mixes. In order to prevent machine
damage or extensive cleaning, our mixes are special order. We offer better
mixes with 20% real fruit, FDA approved.

Beer Tubs
A great low-cost
addition to your bar or as an alternative. Offer guests self serve cold
drinks at their leisure. Available with Underwater Lighting!
Ice (about 7 bags required) is available for $2 per 8-10lb. bag - ice delivery included with
order. We can also make a second trip to your venue with more
ice for a $10 fee.
Dimensions: 4'X2'. Recommend 6-8' Banquet Table (allow room for napkins,
signage, etc..). Table and Linens not included.
Some TIPS for
a Fun and Safe event:
1.) Serve food with your alcoholic beverages to diminish the
impact of the alcohol. Re-stock serving trays or hors d'oeuvres regularly.
2.) Provide non-alcoholic beverages to give guests an
alternative. If you are serving alcoholic punch, consider a non-alcoholic
blend as well. Clearly label all punch bowls.
3.) Consider serving alcohol until one hour before the end of
the event.
4.) Never refuse to take the keys away from someone who has had
too much to drink.
